**Position Overview**:As a Russian-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction of our Russian-speaking customers. Based in our vibrant office in Lisbon, Portugal, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support.
**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Issue Resolution**:Identify and troubleshoot customer issues promptly and effectively, working towards a timely resolution.
Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**:Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
Stay updated on product developments and updates.
- **Communication**:Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to convey information clearly and professionally.
Provide clear and concise responses to customer inquiries.
- **Documentation**:Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support documentation.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluent in Russian and English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
