We are looking for a Accounts Receivable Specialist to support daily operations in close collaboration with Team Leads and Business Partners. The role involves executing assigned tasks, addressing issues proactively, and escalating concerns when necessary. Additionally, this position will assist in process improvements and contribute to business support activities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the Accounts Receivable and ensure accurate transaction recording.
- Match incoming payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Investigate and handle customer inquiries.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable reports and perform risk assessments.
- Manage and process disputes and deductions efficiently.
- Communicate and negotiate with customers when required.
- Ensure SOX/internal controls are performed on time and updated according to business requirements.
- Support audit activities in coordination with the Internal Control team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in English and Italian (Minimum B2 level).
- Experience with SAP ERP and/or Microsoft Dynamics Navision.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and open to change.
- Willingness to travel and maintain a valid passport.
