**About Us**

**Olivia Hotel will open its doors in November 2025 as a**5-star hotel in Portugal. With Spanish roots and a marked international spirit, our restaurant will specialise in signature delicatessen tapas, made with top quality products and paired with the prestigious Mastinell cavas and wines.

**We are looking for**
Kitchen staff who are passionate about gastronomy, with experience in cooking and committed to excellence. We want creative, responsible people with a team vocation, capable of bringing Spanish tradition to a context of international luxury.

We are looking for different positions to form our kitchen team:

- Cooks
- Kitchen helpers

**Your responsibilities**
- Prepare tapas and dishes following the hotel's quality standards and the guidelines of the head chef.
- To guarantee the correct handling and conservation of top quality products.
- Maintain order, cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate in the creation and improvement of the gastronomic offer.
- Work as a team to offer a unique culinary experience to our customers.

**Requirements**:

- Previous hotel experience.
- Knowledge of modern and traditional Spanish culinary techniques.
- Passion for gastronomy and quality products.
- Ability to work under exacting standards and in a team.
- Attention to detail, discipline and creativity.
