**About Us**

Olivia Hotel will open its doors in November 2025 as a **5-star hotel in Portugal**, with the Spanish essence of its origins and an international setting of luxury. Our commitment is to offer each guest an impeccable, personalized and memorable experience, from the moment of arrival to the moment of departure.

**We are looking for professional receptionists who represent the first impression of the hotel**, capable of conveying elegance, hospitality and attention to detail at all times. People who are passionate about dealing with the customer and committed to the highest quality standards.

**Your responsibilities**
- Welcome and say goodbye to guests with a warm, professional and multilingual treatment.
- Manage check-in and check-out with precision, efficiency and friendliness.
- Attend to queries, reservations and special requests, guaranteeing an exceptional service.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure that every detail exceeds the client's expectations.
- To act as an ambassador of the hotel's values, transmitting excellence in each interaction.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist in 4* or 5* hotels.
- High level of English (essential); Other languages will be valued.
- Impeccable professionalism, attention to detail and a vocation for service.
- Knowledge of hotel management programs (will be an asset).
- Positive attitude, discretion and ability to anticipate customer needs.
