**Job Description**:

Our team of dedicated UX Researchers plays a pivotal role in shaping our products and services by providing valuable insights from user research. We are looking for a talented UX Researcher to join our growing team and contribute to our mission of delivering customer-centric solutions.

As a Senior UX Researcher, you will be an integral part of driving and expanding our UX Research Team and efforts, working within the larger Product Design team. Collaborating closely with the UX Research Lead, you will play a key role in uncovering user insights and driving data-informed design decisions. Your responsibilities encompass leading and executing UX research initiatives to enhance our products and services, contributing to a customer-centric culture within the organization.

These are some of the tasks you will be responsible for:

- Support the UX team in user-centric product development
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify UX research needs and objectives
- Support product teams in delivering user-focused solutions
- Advise agile development teams on UX research requirements to enhance team maturity
- Recommend and facilitate appropriate research methods and tools
- Plan, conduct, and analyze user research initiatives
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and expert reviews using the User Focus Program
- Synthesize research data into actionable insights for design and product development
- Present research findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders
- Coordinate research activities and collaborate with design and R&D teams
- Enhance research guidelines and UX principles based on the Customer-Centric Value Creation Framework
- Contribute to the overall research strategy and roadmap in alignment with the UX Research Lead
- Provide support and mentorship for colleagues and interns with UXR related topics
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX research and design

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in UX research, with a strong portfolio showcasing your research projects and their impact on design and product decisions
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Proficiency in various research methods and tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Experience working in an Agile development environment, including Scrum, is a plus
- Motivated for personal development, contribution, and support of designers, sharing experiences and approaches with colleagues
