Proactivity is only the tip of the iceberg of their potential. They take care of the orchestration of all areas and of the customer experience in the delivering of projects, by managing their refinement and integrating key moments during the programs. They literally put their faces in it and look for the “wow” factor." As an Innovation Analyst Trainee you will learn the arts & crafts of this role while learn new skills and developing a professional ability to deliver some tasks on your own, always with the supervision of your mentor and project team. At the end of this internship you will be ready to be a supporting-level player who is sharpening skills and working to understand organizational context. **What you will do**:We are looking for an Innovation Analyst Trainee that will be mentored by Senior Innovation Consultants and reporting to the Head of Operations while experiencing what it’s like to work at an innovation consulting firm. The Intern will support all project operations, lead by one Innovation Consultant while developing skills in the project management area. You will also have the opportunity to show your creativity and passion and come up with new ideas and suggestions to improve the project’s impact. Your major responsibility will be supporting the Innovation Consultant in this tasks: - Guarantee the project is be multi-faceted, bringing the right expertise to the right moments, involving Beta-i team and community; - Ensuring top quality and great customer experience in every project moment; - Participating actively in key delivery moments; - Ensuring the program is following best practices and execution, delivering the best possible experience, tracking quality and metrics through forms and reports; - Challenging and guiding other teams and Beta-i external community to a “wow factor” and a collaborative approach; - Ensuring project profitability; - Ensuring activities are successfully delivered; - Responsible for the overall quality control process; - Liaison among the different areas that support the project and different external partners and suppliers that support the project; - Ensuring processes and review schedules are respected; **Who you are - A curious mindset and interest in innovation projects - Excellent social skills and the ability to connect with people - Detail and quality oriented - Excellent time management skills - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) - Good teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude - University degree in a related field (eg. business and/or management) - Fluent / proficient English level - You’re eligible for an IEFP internship.
