Service Manager
**Perfil**:
- Minimum 3 years of Service Management experience within IT;
- Involvement in building or operating IT solutions from a service perspective;
- Monitoring and reporting KPIs, setting up SLA and OLA agreements;
- Knowledge in IT Infrastructure and Applications;
- Experience with service providers, managing and monitoring services;
- Current ITIL certification;
- Strong presentation and communication skills;
- Commitment to developing, driving, and managing services effectively;
- Businessfluent English (speaking and writing). Responsibilities: Efficiently manage tickets through Internal ITSM tool, ensuring timely resolution of servicerelated issues;
- Implement and maintain service management processes for Windows Defender and other protection tools;
- Oversee daytoday operations, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management;
- Handle service escalations promptly, ensuring effective problem resolution and mínimal impact on endusers;
- Contribute to maintaining a comprehensive service catalog and ensure the integration of infrastructure services;
- Implement programs and procedures to safeguard data/information security;
- Perform 3rd level user help desk activities, individual coaching, and training as needed. Handle tendering, selection, and ordering of services from external suppliers;
- Manage and enhance overall service aspects, including performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
