**Italian Technical Support Consultant -Lisbon Portugal**

Be part of a growing multinational company We Are looking for empathic and technically skilled problem solvers with a knack for digging to the root of problems and offering solutions As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing the questions and concerns of customers about our client’s products.

**What you will do**:

- Recommendations on how to use and configure Client products.
- Technical issues and fault diagnosis of Client products.
- Troubleshooting problems with Clients.
- Troubleshooting operations or system problems related to Client resources.
- Client console or official Client tools.
- Third-party software configuration guidance and troubleshooting related to Client products.
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our service
- Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information
- Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customers’ responses in detail.
- Ensure customer follow-up all the time.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and create selling strategies for their own products or services.

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Requirements**:

- Native level of Italian
- Previous sales or marketing experience.
- Strong written and oral business communication skills.
