Verisure (in Portugal known as Securitas Direct) is seeking a talented, innovative, hands-on and passionate
**Group CoE Quality & Efficiency Analyst Intern** to support the monitoring of the Quality and Efficiency in our ERP Centre of Excellence, with colleagues in Madrid, Sweden & Lisbon. The role will report to the CoE Manager and will be based in Lisbon. Extensive internal and external training will be provided to ensure optimal employee development.

**Responsibilities** will include, among others:

- Support the implementation of the governance standards across CoE at administrative level, including tracking, monitoring and updating the status of project deliverables
- Take part in the administration of Lessons Learned repository; attend Post Project Review meetings to identify key areas of improvement to be captured into the Lessons Learnt repository
- Support the administrative maintenance of CoE action log and issues register (JIRA)
- Prepare consolidated material from project reports for Operational CoE reviews with Business Units
- Complete and distribute project administrative reports.
- Support CoE Manager on budget control administrative tasks (purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipt, etc.)

We are looking for a
**top performer** individual who will combine the basics of project administration knowledge and planning/reporting skills with a proactive business mindset as well as a strong commitment to drive our Center of Excellence Team to success.
- University Degree, preferably Graduate in Management, Finance, Information Management etc.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Basic knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Highly motivated with strong analytical skills
- Methodical and detail oriented
- Highly skilled at establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
- Eager to learn and with an appetite for improving existing processes
- Skilled at interacting with stakeholder groups and balancing diplomacy and tact with assertiveness
- Strong knowledge and experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to strive in a fast-paced international environment
- Team player, humble, comfortable and effective in a hands-on, team-oriented environment
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
- Enjoys working with a variety of IT systems
- An enthusiastic and high energy individual with a strong drive to create a positive work environment
