Due Diligence Team Leader

About the job

The Due Diligence Team Leader primary focus is to manage a KYC Data Officers team in organizing the team activity, ensuring quality and that all operational activities are in accordance with KYC (Know Your Client) and internal procedures. The Team Leader is also accountable for contributing actively to the implementation and success of initiatives that promote organisation, efficiency and team spirit

Your Main Activities Are

Management of the activity: manage team’s organization and performance, work prioritization and planning

Prepare and follow up team members training plans. Encourage and support the team.

Manage the relationship with key onshore stakeholders

Oversee daily production overview: ensure that all production requests have been correctly allocated. Also, ensure that KPIs to track volumes/WIP/Backlogs are in place

Ensure that key best practices are in place: morning meeting, issue escalation, meeting preparation

Ensure that Quality targets are reached

Back-up on production tasks whenever needed

Implement reporting: ensure that regular reporting on the activity is in place

Ensure that issues are escalated to the appropriate level of Management

Participate in reviewing of KYC procedures and contribute to activity optimization and projects

Profile and Skills to Success

Master degree in Business Management and Law

Up to 2 years of Experience in Project Management and Consulting, Client Management and Compliance

Fluent in English

Proactivity

Ability to deliver/Results driven

Communication skills - oral & written

Ability to develop others & improve their skills

Ability to understand, explain and support change

Compliance - Know Your Client - KYC
