This job is support for a **global leader in the automotive industry.**

**Your responsabilities**:

- **Leverage your knowledge of automotive**and digital products to resolve issues effectively.
- **Keep accurate records**in the CRM system and work collaboratively to enhance the customer experience.
- **Share current information about products and services** to assist customers accurately.

**Our expectations**:

- **You speak German in proficiency**:

- **You speak English min B2**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
- You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

**Main duties**:

- Possible start on **20.02 or 20.03**:

- **FULLY Remote work all over the Portugal (except islands)**:

- Full time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract
- **We provide work equipment & send to your home**:

- Private Health insurance with a dental plan
- **Rotating work schedule**:24/7 (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week, 5 days/week) - 2 rotating days off
- **Training is provided at the beginning of the work**

**Competetive Salary and bonuses**:

- **Base salary**: €1030gross x 14 months
- **Monthly performance bonus**: Up to €80gross
- **Meal allowance**:€7.23 NET/day (approximately €145 NET/month loaded onto a voucher card)
- Night shift allowance (if applicable)
- **Additional BONUS**:Total **€2000 gross**(€500 gross paid after the 4th, 7th, 10th, and 13th months of the contract)
