**Purpose of Position**:
Assist Commissary Management during the peak season with the administrative duties, coordination, and execution of new aircraft stocking processes.
**Tasks and Responsibilities**:
- Assist the Commissary Management with the administrative duties such as purchase orders, follow-ups with onboard stock suppliers with the aim to ensure that tasks have been processed correctly in the NetJets systems.
- Assist with the management of day-of issues related to stock requests and to ensure all confirmations have been submitted by our service providers impacting the flights and are processed in time to ensure all services are still successfully delivered.
- Assist Commissary Management team to coordinate the onboard stock logistics and stocking execution for new aircraft.
- Aid Owner Services (OS) when possible, to coordinate specific tailored enhancement requests for Owners and ensure OS reviews the respective requests in good time to ensure its successful completion.
- Work with the Logistics team to process and review crew food orders to ensure a consistent and accurate delivery of each order at the required time and location, so crews obtain their nutritional requirements to avoid any disruption of the operations.
- Manage back-office tasks related to the management of the Owner Experience team, system IT changes and/ or process reviews, as directed by the Head of Owner Experience Development.

- University degree preferred with an emphasis in aviation, logistics management or tourism.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in general administrative tasks.
- Fluency in Business English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent Customer Centricity.
- Good organisational skills
