**The team you'll be part of**
Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

**What you will learn and contribute to**
Are you passionate about solving problems and building IT technical solutions with state-of-the-art technology?
Are you passionate about HW Technical Support, on the digitalization and optimization of the HW repair and replacement, including suppliers, warranties, warehouses, transportation and technical support?

You will be responsible for:

- Work with customers to identify requirements and cooperate with teams to design and select the right technical solution for HSW, estimate the effort and make the business case to justify the investment.
- Oversees the technical solution lifecycle from design to delivery.
- Cooperated with the portfolio manager regarding the technical solution roadmap.
- Work with development teams, program managers, process managers and operations regarding the service to deliver.
- Work with other parts of the organization to improve processes, best practices and tooling.

**Your skills and experience**
For this role, you must have:

- MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar technical discipline with 6+ years of related work experience.
- Experience in HW repair and replacement, including suppliers, warranties, warehouses, transportation and technical support.
- Experience in translating customer requirements into a technical solution, including selection of 3rd party vendors, running PoC and defining architecture strategy and evolution.
- Software development knowledge and good understanding of ITIL framework, Agile and DevOps.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proven ability to lead, and experience working with distributed teams.

It would be nice if you also have:

- Knowledge of Telco HW equipment (Mobile, IP, Optical).
- Experience with ITIL processes: service request management, incident management, problem management and knowledge management.
