**About the Role**

As an OB AE Team Leader at Uber Eats, you'll be leading a high-performing team responsible for bringing new restaurants onto the platform through outbound sales strategies. Your team's mission is to expand Uber Eats' footprint by targeting high-potential local favorites and emerging brands. Your leadership will directly impact market growth, revenue, and the overall merchant experience.
- Monitor pipeline health, track performance metrics, and implement strategies to drive team success.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, operations) to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new merchants.
- Provide regular feedback, training, and career development support for team members.
- Analyze market trends and merchant feedback to continuously refine outbound sales approaches.
- Basic Qualifications -- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or a similar fast-paced commercial environment.
- Proven leadership skills with at least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring a team.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the food delivery, tech, or startup space.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and driving team performance in a metrics-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and data analysis tools like Excel or Looker.
- Passion for Uber Eats' mission and a customer-first mindset.
