**Challenges & Responsibilities**
- Focus on drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and documents (e.g. partnership agreements, NDAs, service agreements, etc.);
- Provide legal advice and counseling on a wide range of business and legal matters relating to FRVR’s operations, among which corporate, data protection, IP and tax law;
- Provide legal support in due diligence processes;
- Deal internal and external stakeholders across regions consulting on specific legal queries;
- Be the go-to-person for contractual legal matters and assistance to internal teams;
- Contribute to process optimisation with regards to internal cross-cutting aspects of the business;
- Adaptation to a fast growing company that focuses on international business

**What we are looking for**
- You should have 2-4 years total work experience comprising experience as in house-counsel, preferably at an international environment.
- Finished the Portuguese Law degree including admission to the Portuguese Bar;
- Proven Experience in understanding general & commercial contracts and terms;
- Previous Experience with due diligence processes (preferred);
- Understanding of data protection and tax regulations;
- Ability to balance business risk with moving forward and getting things done commercially;
- Experience in tech companies; gaming; online advertising or similar industry ;
- Ability to write and speak fluently in English & Portuguese; Additional languages can come as plus
- Strong organisation, time-management, ability to prioritise efficiently, ability to work under pressure and attention to detail;
- Excellent listening, communication, and analytical skills to articulate complex legal issues clearly and concisely to cross-functional teams;
- Self-starting, with a sense of urgency and ability to independently push through problems to find solutions;
