Notre client est un cabinet de comptabilité et de conseil basé à Lisbonne, fort d'une expertise comptable de pointe.

Il se positionne en tant que partenaire stratégique engagé à accompagner les entrepreneurs et les dirigeants dans leur cheminement entrepreneurial depuis plusieurs années.

**Le poste**

Vos responsabilités:

- Coordonner efficacement le processus d'entrée des nouveaux clients.
- Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, avocats, institutions bancaires et autres partenaires.
- Être le lien entre les clients et le département technique, en appliquant des connaissances spécialisées en comptabilité et fiscalité portugaises.
- Appliquer des solutions efficaces pour relever les défis spécifiques des clients.
- Répondre de manière proactive aux questions quotidiennes, garantissant la satisfaction continue des clients.
- Présenter des rapports clairs et précis basés sur des analyses financières.
- Identifier et explorer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.
- Développer des stratégies efficaces pour l'acquisition et la fidélisation des clients.

**Salaire**: entre 1500 et 2200€ brut selon le profil

40€ de fais net transport

9,60€ de chèque repas par jours prestés

**Votre profil**
- Expérience en gestion de clients, avec la construction et le maintien de relations solides.
- Bonnes connaissances en comptabilité et fiscalité portugaises, avec une capacité de réponse aux questions comptables et fiscales.
- La maîtrise du français et du portugais est indispensable, avec un bon niveau d'anglais, démontrant d'excellentes compétences en communication.
- Expérience dans l'interaction avec des avocats, des institutions bancaires et d'autres partenaires stratégiques.
- Capacité avérée à garantir la satisfaction continue du client en offrant des solutions efficaces.

Type d'emploi : Temps plein

Rémunération : 1 500,00€ à 2 200,00€ par mois
