As a Commercial Execution Manager Surgical Europe, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading the regional executional review strategy to ensure markets in Region Europe focus and deliver on commercial priorities. The role is focused on Focus6 markets and works closely with Cluster Europe leadership to ensure learnings and best practices are exchanged effectively.

In this role, a typical day will include:
- Organize and lead priority specific executional review sessions with each market across portfolio (PCIOL, EQ Eco System, VR)- Define framework and objectives per session, align with each market on concrete follow ups and track delivery and completion-
- Drive for efficiency by ensure usage of existing systems, dashboards and automized templates (e.g., SFDC)-
- Assess available tools (TNT, SFDC ) and drive for improvement where needed-
- Sales Force Effectiveness:
- Drive adherence to target KPIs for coverage and frequency for strategic segments-
- Oversee and optimize segmentation and targeting in markets in close collaboration with Commex.-
- Ensure sales force are empowered and motivated to work with existing CommEx tools-
- Ensure alignment and tracking of local execution of Surgical business priorities defined by INT and with available CommEx tools-
- Surgical Incentive plans (SIP) and related bonus payments (e.g., $200M Campaign)- Oversee set-up in markets and ensure plans drive achievements of commercial priorities- Partner with CommEx to improve overall process and communication.- Develop concepts for emotionalization and positive competitiveness between sales teams - especially focused on MS gain.- Best practice sharing of successful commercial initiatives across the region- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with all relevant stakeholders and functions to drive executional success and performance; this can include training, pricing, KOL management, lead tracking post-congress

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Scientific/Optometry disciplines or economics at minimum.

Languages:
- Fluency in English (oral & written) language. Other languages are highly appreciated.

**Experience**:- Successful track record of sales and marketing leadership, new product launches and driving execution excellence- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
