Head of Presales for Embedded

**Mission**:
As Head of Embedded SW Engineering practice you will play a pivot role in solution selling & sales enablement, driving and managing go-to-market initiatives, developing offers and delivering added-value proposals to our clients.
We are looking for a Manager with technology leadership skills and with a proven track record in selling.
You are expected to ensure the enablement of the team, development of strategies, and repeatable frameworks to create compelling value propositions. As a key part of the leadership team, you will also be responsible for the direction of your team’s effort toward the most profitable and strategic sales opportunities - and as a result, achievement of revenue targets.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor's or MsC Degree in Computer Science or a STEM major;
- Experience leading highly skilled team withing engineering domain;
- Proven experience in Embedded Systems development;
- Strong understanding of Automotive and/or Life Science industries will be a plus (e.g. development methodologies, SoC solutions, communication bus, Functional Safety and cybersecurity);
- Ability to lead in a constantly evolving environment, manage multiple priorities and ambiguity;
- Ability to navigate within a matrix organization and influence senior leadership;
- Comfortable with presenting, and engaging large audiences at conferences, and past experience a plus;
- Good presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technologies.
**Responsibilities**:
- Understand industry trends, listen to Customers, understand key drivers and desired outcomes;
- Leads, manages, and motivates and develop team of solution architects (pre-sales specialists);
- Develop strategies to drive advanced analytics solutions to meet current and future business needs;
- Work closely with sales to create an account plan and support customer meetings (prospecting a lead, qualifying an opportunity, etc.).
