**Languages**: Italian (C2), English (B2+)
**Compensation**: Base salary + performance incentives

**What You’ll Be Doing**:
️ Provide clear, accurate information and support
️ Assist with product/service queries and basic troubleshooting
Document cases and manage your support ticket queue
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
Collaborate with internal departments for timely resolutions
Share feedback to enhance customer experience

**What We’re Looking For**:
Native/fluent Italian (C2) & solid English skills (B2+)
️ Strong communication abilities across channels
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
Fast learner with tech adaptability
️ Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Flexible and eager to grow in a dynamic team
