We are looking for an experienced **Growth Marketing Expert **to help us implement our marketing vision and fuel business growth. We're seeking a marketing enthusiast to join our small Marketing team and play a vital role in advancing our marketing initiatives across the funnel.

**About the role**

**Lead Generation & Demand Creation**
- Develop, manage, and execute data-driven marketing campaigns for lead generation, demand creation, and lead tracking and management.
- Mastermind the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting for all paid marketing activities.
- Design and implement innovative multi-channel customer acquisition strategies to expand our client base.
- Extract insights from data to enhance performance and inform new campaigns and product development.

**Conversion Funnel Optimization**
- Improve website conversion rates by continuously optimizing conversion funnels and identifying growth opportunities and barriers.
- Understand where clicks are coming from and how to increase conversion opportunities.
- Employ a testing process to validate hypotheses and suggest performance optimizations, leading to scalable marketing strategies, tactics, and channels.

**Marketing Automation**
- Understand our marketing automation with CRM and support additional platform integrations.
- Refine our marketing automations and integrations throughout the funnel.
- Actively collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams in end-to-end experiments.

**What we're looking for**
- 3-5+ years in B2B growth or demand generation, preferably in a startup, managing lead processes and marketing automation.
- Experience in SaaS is essential.
- Technical skills with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Hotjar, Zapier, Ahrefs, etc.
- Strong data analytics and experimentation skills across marketing channels.
- Be an expert in funnel performance, optimization, and digital marketing platforms.
- Having experience of highly technical and scientific industries, as well as basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.

**Compensation, benefits and perks**
- Salary range (annual gross): 50k - 70k
