Tasks

**Position**: Senior Business Analyst

**Location**: Lisbon

**Work model**: Hybrid

\- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management or other degree relevant to the role.

\- Professional IT experience.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience gathering requirements and business processes and sharing them with the client and development team.
- Critical sense to reflect on requirements and processes and challenge them.
- Ability to systematize, present and discuss requirements with the team and client.
- Follow-up of implementation and testing teams
- Experience in project management methodologies: AGILE / Scrum, Design Thinking;
- Excellent analytical and communication skills;
- Attention to detail and proactivity;
- Willingness to learn and sense of responsibility;
- Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence tools will be valued
- Fluency in French - mandatory.
