Assisting our client’s customers by offering solutions and responding to all inquiries promptly;
- This is a great opportunity for those who love helping others and are passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
What are we looking for**:
Native or fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (C1 or plus);
- Advanced spoken and written English skills (C1 or plus);
- Availability to work 5 days per week (Saturdays and Sundays included);
- Good computer skills;
- Ability to generate empathy in written form;
- Analytical mindset to diagnose & troubleshoot issues;
- Active listener and strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers;
- Ability to manage time and meet goals.
