Senior Provider Manager Focus: Contract Management

**What part will you play?**
- You manage SFS IT outsourcing contracts and all related legal issues
- You draft and work out contracts independently
- You build a comprehensive overview of all outsourcing arrangements and IT-related external procurements and identify contractual outsourcings risks
- Contractual agreements are made to secure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. sub-outsourcing, reporting
- and information requirements etc.)
- You foster a consistent methodology in contracts, processes, meaningful metrics, reporting standards, issue processes and SLA compliance
- Ad-hoc reporting to the supervised entities and to the management concerning outsourcing arrangements (e.g. management)
- You conduct performance assessment based on defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI) as well as risk-based monitoring of outsourcing arrangements (outsourcing assessments)
- You integrate risks from (material) outsourcing arrangements into (IT) Risk Management

**What you need to make real what matters.**
- A completion of studies in (Business) Law or a related field, preferably with a focus on IT, demonstrating your dedication to continuous learning and professional development.
- Furthermore, you have at least five years of IT work experience, including discussions with IT suppliers
- Experience working on projects
- Legal knowledge, especially in the area of software and the corresponding conditions and regulations relevant to purchasing contracts (UrhG, IS, ECC, DP...)
- Understanding of the IT market and IT contracts (e.g. SaaS)
- Profound knowledge of the financial sector and its legal requirements (MaRisk, BAIT, EBA...)
- Strong communication skills in both German and English
