What role will you play?
- Implement IT Provider Governance
- Establish state-of-the-art contract handling by harmonizing the processing and storing of IT contracts
- Establish proper tooling in line with architectural guidance
- Support growing together all separated processes
- Prepare meaningful management presentations based on figures.
- Grow together the world of supplier management and IT

We are looking for:

- Strong know-how of IT provider management and contract management processes and governance (at least 3 years)
- Strong ServiceNow experience, especially with the contract management and service management modules
- Basic Reporting skills (e.g. ServiceNow, PowerBI)
- Effective communicator, good interpersonal relationship skills in an international and intercultural environment, strong analytical skills, track record in problem solving and managing escalations
- Self-driven, results oriented, able to work independently based on strategic targets
- Open to learn
