**Job Purpose**:
We are recruiting a Market Access Manager reporting to the Market Access Lead.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing the market access strategy for new and existing medicines within cross-functional brand teams
- Leading reimbursement processes with national authorities
- Develop and implement value propositions to support product differentiation versus competitors
- Monitoring external environment and understanding in depth the Portuguese healthcare system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on market access strategies, coordinate local actions, and facilitate the collection and analysis of valuable data.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Master degree in Health/Sciences/Economics or similar.
- Min 3 years’ experience of working in the pharmaceutical/ health sector, preferably in a Market Access role
- Established relationships with key external stakeholders, including payers
- Analytical Skills, accuracy and problem-solving approach.
- Fluent in English (Written and spoken).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with and ability to work in collaboration with others

**Preferred Requirements**:

- Experience in Oncology/Hematology is preferred
- Be self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task while delivering high quality work.
- Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external health outcomes key opinion leaders
- Excellent interpersonal skills with all levels of staff, and comfortable working closely with senior leaders in an organization.
