Its mission will be to manage projects for the implementation and control of improvements based on the LEAN methodology in all areas of the company, promoting operational efficiency. Support the entire organization as an advanced expert in the improvement of processes and activities both of an industrial nature, as well as especially in the organizational structure of the different departments. Participate in the design and development of the Continuous Improvement Model, managing the recognition and reward systems, the dissemination of best practices and Benchmarking actions. Support in the preparation of the scoreboard, presenting it to senior management in order to highlight the results obtained and the next objectives to be followed. Coordinate internal / external audits on LEAN implementation and Continuous Improvement Actions. Design and implement communication and information campaigns and actions. Participate in the design of Training based on the LEAN methodology, actively participating as a Trainer.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Design and implementation of high-level stock management procedures;
- Supervision and analyzing customer data on Operation and Maintenance;
- Lead the implementation of Lean Principles in all Service Contracts;
- Create an internal benchmarking based on Operational Efficiency (ex: OEE) and Safety Standards;
- Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, KPI's, 5S, lean, 6sigma, VSM, kaizen.

**Profile**:

- Valuable additional training: Master in Operations Management or Certified in Lean Manufacturing;
- Proactive and willing to travel supporting our customers;
- Collaborative profile;
- Demonstrated skills in interpreting technical data to support improvement recommendations;
- Continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, KPI's, 5S, lean, 6sigma, VSM, kaizen;
- Availability and sense of responsibility;
- Resilience ability and proactivity;
- Good teamwork skills.
