**Role Overview**:
Neotalent is looking for an **Incident Manager**with experience to join one of the largest insurance groups in the world, present in 64 countries - offices in Lisbon (hybrid).
**What you will do**:
You will integrate an international team: Major Incident Management for platforms, infrastructure, datacenters and centralized services consumed by the entities in the EU market.
- You will support the current team in the coordination of major incidents. In anticipation of organizational changes additional expertise capacity in the team is required.
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve MI's within established SLA's.
- Problem management activities can be required (problem record coordination, RCA communication);
**What you are like**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Incident Manager;
- Expertise on Major Incident Management, using standard SM tools (preferably ServiceNow);
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams to resolve tickets within established SLA's.
- ITIL;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
