David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company who is seeking to onboard a Turkish speaking Customer Service Representative for their Lisbon office.

Position: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain an expert knowledge of our filters, along with the tools you will use to fine-tune them
- Respond to filter-associated problems, questions, and necessary changes daily
- Continually QA, calibrate, and hone our filters by observing trends and analysing false positives/negatives
- Maintain a strong understanding of Community and Safety Policy guidelines
- Maintain a deep, active, and dynamic knowledge of your language market’s pop culture/current affairs/online vernacular
- Support the moderators by spending ample time working in moderation queues, provide your market team with relevant material and conduct frequent workshops.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Turkish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (B2 level minimum)
- EU Passport holder or eligibility to work in Portugal
- Computer literate with the ability to adopt new knowledge quickly
- Strong critical and contextual thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes and changing demands
- Stress-resilient and optimistic personality
- Professional with strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time
- Ability to work in shift rotation (08:00 AM - 08:00 PM)
