**THE ROLE**
As an Team Leader Admin, at Indie Campers, you will work in close cooperation with Logistics, Fleet, RV Sales, Real Estate, Office Management, CE, Field Ops HQ to ensure the development of management tasks in order in order to reduce liabilities, implement automation, optimize processes to allow for a smoother operational flow for IC.
This position will also ensure that all the depots at Indie Campers locations are covered by the flows and ensure their compliance.
You will be reporting to the Director of Fleet & Logistics and lead a team of two analysts.
**WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?**
- Map & Identify opportunities to optimize IC's admin flow;
- Implement software solutions that enable centralization of tasks and process digitization;
- Build scorecards for processes to allow classification & delivery;
- Develop & monitor Admin KPI's - Answering lead time and Compliance status;
- Source, Identify and manage service providers that allow admin flow optimization and cost efficiency;
- Plan for continuous improvement processes, set clear objectives and key results;
- Carry out any administrative or managerial duties in an accurate, diligent and timely manner;
- Increase admin process visibility through Dashboards & Control mechanisms.
**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- A Degree in Management, Business Administration or similar;
- Full proficiency with Excel/Google sheets
- Experience with cloud collaboration services, Software for Automation of recurring tasks;
- High levels of organisation, planning, and adaptability;
- Good communication skills;
- Full English proficiency (mandatory) and German (plus).
