**Ardor SEO is hiring an Operations Manager**

**Role (hours per week)**: Operations Manager (40 hours per week)

**Mission/Purpose**:Oversee the general day to day operations of the company. From planning/budgeting the best use of company resources, to implementing systems and processes that improve productivity, to ensuring deadlines are being met and that clients are satisfied with our services. You will act as the implementer for the company’s vision.

**Technical Knowledge**:
**1) Required**:

- Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Google Drive, Excel

**2) Preferred** - Wordpress, Ahrefs, Hubspot, Clickup, AMS

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Knowledge of SEO, Sales and Marketing is a BIG plus

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
