The company is a multionational located in Maia, Porto.
**Function**:
- In your day a day:
- Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job
- Ensure the maintenance of Master Data Management - covering Customer Master Data, Contract Management and Pricing Master- In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)
**Requirements**:
- Requeriments:
- Minimum secondary school (High School) is required for this role
- You speak the language required in the specific market (native or C2: Dutch) and english level B1 (preferred)
- SAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed to fullfil this role
- You have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred**What we offer?**:
