**Now Hiring**:Operations Manager** to join our awesome team, ensuring seamless operational and financial processes for our global marketplace.

**Location**: Europe, preferably in Lisbon. Can work and align your schedule with PST.

**What You'll Do**:

- Assess the profitability of the supply side of the marketplace and propose improvements
- Process payments to vendors (work with invoices and their accounts)
- Create and improve dashboards with key metrics
- Manage corporate cards and expenses
- Facilitate accounting with the preparation and submission of corporate tax returns
- Develop and manage the company’s financial plan and budget (forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow to ensure the company operates within its financial means)
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Manage company subscriptions
- Coordinate legal tasks and prepare investor reports
- Prepare ad-hoc reports based on demand

**About You**:

- Have 1+ years of experience as an Operations Manager or Business Analyst with a financial background
- Know the key B2B marketplace financial metrics
- Have a business or economics education
- Understand US tax regulations and how to run finances for US companies
- Are a pro at Excel and Google Sheets
- Like startups and are interested in entrepreneurship
- Have fluent English (writing and speaking)
- Are located in Europe (preferably Lisbon)

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- B2B startup experience
- Big 4 background
- SQL and QuickBooks knowledge
