**About you**:
We are looking for a very capable IT Support Specialist to provide technical support widely throughout the company. Your responsibilities will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, improving system performance, and securing data. You will also be responsible for advising on upgrades to IT equipment.

To be successful as an IT Support Specialist, you should have extensive experience providing IT support in a fast-paced environment. Top-notch IT Support Specialists help increase productivity by ensuring the company's IT systems are running efficiently.

We're trying to find someone to help us with:

- 3 to 5 years of experience working as an IT support professional;
- Superior technical support and problem-solving skills;
- Greater awareness of networks, software, and computer hardware;
- Capability to identify IT requirements and end-user training;
- Expertise in monitoring performance indicators and documenting processes;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**On a typical day, you will...**:

- Consult with IT managers and other departments as needed;
- Monitor Crowdstrike (Vulnerability Manager) dashboards and ensure people update their software;
- Support staff;
- Train end users on hardware features and software programs;
- Timely resolution of logged errors;
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics;
- Updating computer software and upgrading hardware and systems;
- Documenting processes and performing diagnostic testing;
- Tracking technology advances and trends in IT support.
