With this range of services, the firm is uniquely positioned internationally between pharmacists, opticians, ophthalmologists, laser centers, patients, and customers.

**The role**

** Your Profile**
- You are proficient in** German** and fluent in English (oral and written)
- You have good **communications skills**:

- Ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
- You are open-minded and **eager to learn**:

- Proactive and a team player, you like to help and work with other people
- You are positive and motivated

**✨ Your responsibilities**
- Inform and advise customers about pharmaceutical products and medical devices
- Reply to customer questions about indication, storage, and defined brief information (all other points are forwarded to the relevant specialist departments
- Support and share your product knowledge
