**About the job**
- The Global Markets Client Support Officer is responsible for the correct and timely production and distribution of various reports (valuation, event notifications and regulatory reports) and for providing the client with an indicative price of their product at a given point in time
- The officer is also the entry point for any client enquiries regarding their reporting needs
- The officer is responsible for the clear and correct communication to the client regarding new rules and regulations and will work together with the project team and the client to make sure all documents and information exchanges are carried out properly and with the correct timeframe
**Your Main Activities Are**
- Ensure any request escalated (Confirmation, settlement, valuation explanation, among others) is answered in a timely manner
- Ensure escalation of any incident to Operational Client Relationship Manager (OCRM) and local management
- Ensure reports parameterization in systems in accordance to the current procedures, cross asset classes and ensure the correct and timely production and delivery of these reports
- Be able to handle, escalate, investigate and report on valuation, audit and regulatory reporting queries
- Advocate for client while upholding bank policy and industry regulation
- Develop Business to Business relationships across product disciplines and functions
- Participate in the preparation and sending of mass mailing campaigns aimed at clients
**About the Team**
- Within the Global Markets Client Management division of BNP Paribas CIB, Centric Support Team under Client Management is acting as Official Point of Entry for all eBanking enquiries originating from external or internal clients. Centric Support covers Level 1b enablement & support for all European countries of the group. Working closely with the different Global Market teams (Sales, Business managers, Middle and Back Office, etc), métier (GECD and FI) and products ( Equity, Commodities, Credit, FX and Interest Rate derivatives, etc), the Centric Support Team engages all level of management internally and externally in developing operational efficiency to advance the business to business relationship
**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluency in English both written and oral is mandatory
- Knowledge in
