We are currently looking for a Costumer Service Associate for our project.

**Role / Responsibilities**:
Knowing and identifying the customer needs
Understanding the products and services provided by the company
Recommending products and services as per the customer requirements
Maintaining customer relationship
Recording and document customer complaints
Diverting the call to the relevant departments
Providing excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
Maintaining the confidentiality of clients and customer information
Following up with the customer as and when needed
Taking feedback from the client and customer
Resolving customer issues in a polite and professional manner

**Requirements**:
Dutch Native / C1
English B2 - C1
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience working in the Customer Service department as a Customer Service Associate, Customer Service Representative, or a similar position
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, CRMetc.
Demonstrate accountability and ownership of issues
Good interpersonal and organizational skills
Exceptional data entry skills
Multi-Tasking ability
Working experience with MS OfficeTools
Excellent time management skills

**Our offer**:
Base salary above average (x 14months)
Meal allowance (7,63€ per day worked, in meal card)
