**Are you ready to be part of the change and help us make real what matters?**

**Your mission will be**
- Team Leadership, Support & Training- Lead, mentor, and develop a cross-functional team of data analysts, PowerBI developers, and testers.
- Foster a collaborative environment by answering team members’ questions and supporting them with architectural decisions and technical problem-solving.
- Champion SCRUM methodology: facilitate sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Train new joiners across all technical platforms (Snowflake, DBT Cloud, PowerBI, ServiceNow, Jira, API integrations, etc.), ensuring smooth onboarding and knowledge transfer.
- Technical Leadership- Oversee backend development using Snowflake and DBT Cloud.
- Oversee frontend reporting in PowerBI.
- Drive API development for system integrations.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and GitLab workflows.
- Reporting & Data Integration- Ensure seamless integration of data from:
- SAP via Snowflakec.
- Contract Management and other internal tools.
- Mendix.
- Other internal sources
- Support reporting on:
- Cash Collection.
- Credit Management.
- Customer Segmentation.
- Order Management.
- Cashflow Forecasting.
- Headcount.
- Whitespot Analysis.
- Agile Delivery & Governance- Manage demand intake via ServiceNow and story tracking via Jira.
- Ensure traceability, documentation, and release management across environments.
- Stakeholder Engagement- Collaborate with service owners, demand managers, and business stakeholders.
- Support benchmarking and anomaly detection initiatives.

**We are looking for someone with**
- A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in DevOps leadership within analytics or reporting environments.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake, DBT Cloud, PowerBI, and API development.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience managing distributed teams and delivering across multiple legal entities.
- Deep understanding of SCRUM and agile delivery practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and support a technical team, including architectural guidance, hands-on problem-solving, and training new joiners.
- Experience with agile methodologies and a mindset of continual learning and improvement.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
