**About the job**
- The Territory Permanent Control Oversight Trainee acts in close coordination with the Portugal Permanent Control Oversight Officer on reinforcing the risk management practices in place on operational risk, namely running transversal analysis on incidents, volumes of activity, profiles of resources and processes at stake

**Your Main Activities Are**
- Consolidate a Territory Oversight view (run and change) and identify potential gaps
- Strive for harmonization and raise awareness and best-practices sharing
- Provide consolidated reporting for Permanent Control activities
- Assess regulatory obligations and initiatives impacting Portugal Territory in coordination with stakeholders

**Profile and Skills to Success**
- Academic background in Management or Finance
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Fluency in English, with French being a plus
- Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate with others
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Creativity and problem-solving skills
- Proactivity and positive attitude, with a results-oriented mindset
