**What's the role about?**

Acting as technical support for assigned commodities reviewing and checking Quality Documentation submitted by suppliers to ensure it meets Automotive requirement ( e.g. AIAG - VDA - etc).

**What you'll do?**
- Programme APQP;
- Remote Run & Rate documentation Reviews;
- Pre - Review and develop PPAP with Suppliers in order to allow “CSQ” to sign with no further issues.
- Risk Assessment for Programmes.
- CC implementation and Traceability assessment per component ;
- VA/VE validations at Suppliers;
- Complaint Management (PDCA / FTA audit and validation);
- Programme APQP for Regionally based Suppliers;
- Run & Rate;
- Audits;
- VA/VE validations at Suppliers;
- Complaint Management (PDCA / FTA audit and validation).

**What are we looking for?**
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Formal problem solving skills (5WHYs, 8D, fishbone, PPS, etc);
- Experience with core quality tools, including SPC, APQP, and PPAP;
- Practical problem solving;
- Leadership and charisma, Capability to work in teams as leader or team member, strong collaborator
- Complex negotiation skills;
- Ability to influence at senior levels ;
- Need to be open to travel (up to 20%) of working time, incl. regional travel;
- Ability to manage own time and meet deadline;
- Flexibility ;
- Synergies;
- APQP Process;
- Ability to communicate at all levels (Shop floor to Boardroom);
- Competence in Auditing (internal/external);
- Gauge, Design & Tolerancing (GDT);
- GKN STDs.
