**Job Summary**
We are transforming our HR function and are now looking for great people to integrate in our new international HR Service Delivery Team, closely aligned with our Global Business Services organization. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join us at a key execution stage of the programme to lead the implementation and improvement of this critical component of our new function.
As HR Total Rewards Service Delivery Lead you will implement, optimize, direct, manage and continuously improve the delivery of Total Reward Administration at Convatec.
You will lead an international team of Service Delivery experts to provide high quality, consistent Reward administration services. You will work very closely with the Total Rewards Centre of Expertise, and in particular Total Rewards Partners in our key regions at Convatec.
You will be a key member of the Service Delivery Leadership Team and will work with your colleagues in HR and beyond to define, organize and deliver Reward Administration services to ensure that Convatec is able to deploy and operate best-in-class reward approaches and offerings to attract and retain great talent in all the markets in which we choose to operate.
The role will be based in either Lisbon, Portugal or Bogota, Colombia and will work closely with other HR Service Delivery Leads, Total Rewards Centre of Excellence teams, HR Business Partners, Senior People Partners and Regional Total Rewards Partners to direct, shape and improve delivery of services.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
Implementing, Testing and Stabilizing Reward Administration Service Delivery
- Building and leading a team of Reward Administration Service Delivery experts in one of our network of global delivery centres, leading the recruitment, induction, training and service testing of our new team
- Accountability for the build of Reward Administration detailed processes (Local Work Instructions), technology and collateral (through Knowledge Transfer) to mobilise the service delivery team
- Work with wider stakeholders to stabilise the Total Rewards Administration service, as measured by delivery of the Total Rewards service at agreed and acceptable levels
- Work closely with the wider Total Rewards CoE to build and deliver a programme of service take-on for further Total Rewards activities that are suitable for delivery in a shared services environment
- Align global Benefits and Compensation provider processes with revised arrangements as part of a transition to new services
Team Leadership, Motivation and Direction
- Attract, develop, retain and motivate Reward Administration service delivery team members your team, supporting a great employee value proposition that makes us an employer of choice in the markets in which we operate
- Identify and address skill and capability gaps when required in the team, delivering appropriate development opportunities when needed. Ensure that when formal qualifications are required, these are achieved and maintained.
Service Management, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Lead the delivery of agreed Reward Administration services in a reliable, consistent and compliant manner, adhering to and demonstrating compliance with key controls and working with other service delivery team leads to balance resources against demand whenever needed.
- Building, refining and reviewing key performance indicators for Reward Administration service delivery, identifying unacceptable performance and working with your team to identify and implement timely improvements.
- Engaging with, listening to and challenging (where necessary) our key stakeholders to ensure that high quality Reward Administration services are delivered in a way that remains relevant and complimentary to our people agenda.
- Build, socialise, own, adjust and share Reward Administration service management metrics to demonstrate the ongoing delivery and improvement of HR services.
