**Job Summary**

We are transforming our HR function and are now looking for great people to integrate in our new international HR Service Delivery Team, closely aligned with our Global Business Services organization. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join us at a key execution stage of the programme to lead the implementation and improvement of this critical component of our new function.

As HR Talent L&D Service Delivery Lead you will implement, optimize, direct, manage and continuously improve the delivery of Talent and L&D Administration services at Convatec. At a high level these are:

- Support for the global performance management process
- Talent Review and Succession planning support
- Learning and Development and Learning Management System Support
- Learner support and guidance
- Learning offering governance and management

You will lead an international team of Service Delivery experts to provide high quality, consistent Talent and L&D administration services. You will work very closely with the Talent Management Centre of Expertise and L&D Director and Portfolio Managers at Convatec.

You will be a key member of the Service Delivery Leadership Team and will work with your colleagues in HR and beyond to define, organize and deliver Talent and L&D Admin services to ensure that Convatec is able to deploy and operate best-in-class reward approaches and offerings to attract and retain great talent in all the markets in which we choose to operate.

The role will be based in either Lisbon, Portugal or Bogota, Colombia and will work closely with other HR Service Delivery Leads, the Talent Centre of Excellence, HR Business Partners, Senior People Partners and L&D Portfolio leads to direct, shape and improve delivery of services.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

Implementing, Testing and Stabilizing Talent and L&D Service Delivery
- Building and leading a team of Talent and L&D Administration Service Delivery experts in one of our network of global delivery centres, leading the recruitment, induction, training and service testing of our new team
- Accountability for the build of Talent and L&D detailed processes (Local Work Instructions), technology (Workday/L&D LMS) operations and administration and collateral (through Knowledge Transfer) to mobilise the service delivery team
- Work with wider stakeholders to stabilise the Talent and L&D Administration service, as measured by delivery of the Talent and L&D service at agreed and acceptable levels
- Work closely with the wider Talent CoE to build and deliver a programme of service take-on for further Talent and L&D activities that are suitable for delivery in a shared services environment
- Align global Talent and L&D vendor processes with revised arrangements as part of a transition to new services

- Attract, develop, retain and motivate Talent and L&D service delivery team members supporting a great employee value proposition that makes us an employer of choice in the markets in which we operate
- Identify and address skill and capability gaps when required in the team, delivering appropriate development opportunities when needed. Ensure that when formal qualifications are required, these are achieved and maintained.

Service Management, Reporting and Continuous Improvement
- Lead the delivery of agreed Talent and L&D services in a reliable, consistent and compliant manner, adhering to and demonstrating compliance with key controls and working with other service delivery team leads to balance resources against demand whenever needed.
- Support the design, implementation, smooth-running and completion of global Talent Management processes, in particular the global performance management process, with support for annual goal setting, mid and end of year review and annual performance calibration as needed.
