**ROLE**:

- Carry out the entire recruitment and selection process from operational to strategic levels;
- Accompany new employees during the period of integration in the function, sector or company;
- Support HR in improving processes with a focus on delivery and quality;
- Other activities related to the area.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Degree in Psychology, Management or similar
- Strong relationship skills
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Real team player
- Autonomous, proactive and responsible
- Good organizational skills
- Proven HR expertise (preferred)
- Immediately Available
