NH Hotels & Tivoli in its Central Reservation Office located in the center of Lisbon, needs to incorporate a person to carry out the position of HR Trainee.

You will have the opportunity to participate in a 6-month Paid Internship, in an international and expanding hotel chain in Portugal.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Perform tasks related to Human Resources Management, particularly in the areas of Recruitment & Personnel Management.
- Participation in the definition and implementation of Human Resources strategies defined by the department.
- Support in administrative tasks.
- Periodically report the activity performed.

**Requirements**:

- Educational Qualifications at the level of bachelor/master's degree in Human Resources Management.
- Solid knowledge of English (elimination factor).
- Knowledge of Spanish or other language will be valued.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office.
- Ease in interpersonal relationships.
- Guidance for meeting objectives and deadlines.
- Ability to initiative, dynamism, and proactivity.
