**Your responsibilities**:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage Onboarding processes for new hires, prepare documentation for new hire’s first day, carry out Corporate Company presentation, coordinate with key stakeholders the first 3 months experience.

Training

Support in the different procedures to carry out local Training Plan for the organization: consolidate training needs for different functions, prepare annual calendar, contact training Suppliers, manage attendees, agendas, training records and logistic coordination of the training day.

Development:
Support in the implementation of the strategic HR programmes, focus on organizational effectiveness, talent management and people strategy across all functions.

People Operations

Prepare HR documents and correspondence

Processing reports

Dealing with day-to-day HR questions and advising in line with the current policies and procedures

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Degree in Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration or similar
- High English level required
- A detail-oriented mindset, ensuring high standards across all activities.
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
- You're at your best working both independently and as part of a diverse team.
- Clear and effective communication is one of your standout skills.
- An independent thinker with a proactive approach to taking on new challenges.
