HR Reporting and Analytics Trainee

**About the role**
- Our Human Resources Reporting team, composed of 4 people, is integrated in the Human Resources department and focuses on Reporting and Data Analytics in collaboration with HR Representatives and Digital Technology.
- As a Human Resources Reporting and Analytics Trainee, you will work on Reporting, HR Data and dashboarding to support our HR Community. You will get the opportunity to provide meaningful HR information and have a positive impact on Solvay’s HR and Workforce decisions.
- You will be accountable for:

- Deliver recurring and ad-hoc reports on Workforce information: personal data, job information, employee’s employment historical data and others.
- Maintain and develop functional documentation for Reports & Dashboards.
- Contribute in projects around HR Reporting and Data Quality: Requirements gathering, supporting design phase, stakeholders coordination and interaction with HR, Global Business Services Human Resources Service Line, Digital Technology and end users, deliver training sessions, refresh HR dashboard contents.
- We offer a 12 month trainee contract based on hybrid working mode.

**About you**
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Data Analytics and/or Human Resources.
- Competencies:

- Fluency in English
- Experience in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience in dashboarding tools is a plus
- Experience in other Reporting tools is a plus
- Behaviors:

- Good data analysis skills and attention to detail.
- User orientation mindset.
- Good communication skills.

**About the pay and benefits**
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. Portugal's base pay range for this role is 940 EUR up to 1040 EUR a month, based on your academic background.
