HR REPORTING TRAINEE (JOB NUMBER: 2306HRM15418) **About the job** - The Reporting & Services Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the CIB HR activities through administration roles & processes monitoring, permanent and adhoc reporting with in addition any new processes not already covered by another team. Our main challenge is to set up strong processes with high-end data quality while keeping flexible and open services for the largest set of demanding clients **Your Main Activities Are** - Support the team, managing HR data in BNP HR tools - Provide support to the HR users - Manage the HR data quality and create new controls for HR data - Production of dashboards & ad-hoc reporting according to HR needs **Profile and Skills to Success** - Masters Degree in Finance, Management, HR - Up to 2 years of experience in Data Management - Proficiency in Excel - Advanced (B1-B2) English level required - Ability to collaborate / Teamwork - Attention to detail / rigor - Analytical Ability - Critical thinking LI-Hybrid **Why joining BNP Paribas?** - ** Leading banking institution** BNP Paribas is a leader in the Eurozone, and a prominent international banking institution with strong roots in Europe's banking history.
