Joom Marketplace is one of the key businesses of Joom, international group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom also includes the following businesses: Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany; JoomPro, a platform for cross-border wholesale trade. Joom's offices are located in Latvia, China, Hong Kong, the USA, Germany, Brazil and Portugal.
We are currently looking for a creative User Acquisition Manager who will promote Joom Marketplace app in TikTok together with the team.
**Responsibilities**
- Launching and managing advertising on TikTok
- Planning, optimizing, and analyzing the effectiveness of campaigns and creatives
- Conducting creative experiments and test campaigns
- Organizing work with agencies and monitoring results
**Requirements**:
- Experience with creatives in e-commerce for at least 2 years
- Confident knowledge of TikTok algorithms
- Experience with working with big advertising budgets
- English language proficiency at level B2 or higher
- Data-driven approach
