ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Sr. User Acquisition Specialist, you are the executioner for all media operations that drive relevant patients to the Elfie app. You are in charge of setting up, monitoring, and optimising all paid acquisition campaigns that Elfie runs directly or via local agencies. While your main KPI is related to the cost of each successfully onboarded chronic user, a strong focus is put on quality traffic measured by user retention data.

What you'll do:
- Develop and execute global comprehensive digital media acquisition campaigns directly and through local agencies
- Set up campaign structures, targeting parameters, and ad creatives to maximise reach and impact
- Continuously monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments for optimal results
- Analyse budget allocation and bidding strategies to ensure efficient spending
What you'll need:
- Proven experience in digital media operations, especially social media, is essential
- Strong expertise with mobile attribution and tracking systems, such as Adjust and AppsFlyer
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- You are an executioner, not just a passive observer
- A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practice
- Business level fluency in English, verbal and written
