We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Hospitality Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the hospitality industry and contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. As an intern, you will work closely with our hospitality team to support various aspects of operations, guest services, and event management.

We are a hotel development and construction group based in Lisbon, specializing in the execution of highly complex hotel construction/refurbishment projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in welcoming guests, checking them in/out, and providing personalized service throughout their stay.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas.
- Support food and beverage operations, including assisting with meal service, preparing dining areas, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and special occasions for guests and clients.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing guest experiences.
- Assist in creating and updating guest service protocols, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Support administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall operations and achieve business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field.
- Passion for hospitality and a strong desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality service and maintaining a positive guest experience.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
