We are looking for **Senior Reporting System Administrator/Business Analyst** to join our company in one of our projects, in **Lisbon**.

**Team**:
The team is responsible for the Leasing Solutions cluster:

- Administration of Risk, Finance and ALM (RFA) data warehouse, required for internal, regulatory and BNP Paribas Group reporting (ALM, FINREP, liquidity, risk reports, etc.), with reconciliation, controls and archiving/backup functionalities;
- Administration of the Risk Finance Calculator (RFC) linked to RFA, which computes IFRS9 stage & Risk parameters (PD, LGD, GRR) and watches list indicators;
- Administration and monitoring of all reporting interfaces (IR2X), developed through SAS in order to produce the different dataflow / reports in Group direction or other contributors.

**Tasks**:
**Administration & support**:

- Access rights management;
- Closing calendar coordination;
- Reference data management;
- Data production monitoring and control;
- 1st level of support to end-users;
- Documentation management;
- Operational permanent controls execution.

**Evolutions management**:

- Provide support to RF DIP (Risk & Finance Data Innovation & Project) team on project management related tasks;
- Understand and analyze the needs coming from the business team, converting them into detailed requirements and functional specifications;
- Involve all relevant stakeholders in the process of definition and validation of any new requirement, assessing all potential impacts;
- Test plan definition, execution and validation;
- Documentation management (validation statement, release note, data model, etc.);
- Operational permanent controls execution.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, Accounting or Finance;
- Relevant professional experience as a functional analyst (administration & support) (mandatory);
- Relevant professional experience as a business analyst (test plan definition, execution and validation) (mandatory);
- Experience in data warehouse administration & management (Plus);
- Knowledge of SQL (mandatory);
- Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide and/or Power BI (mandatory);
- Knowledge of JIRA and Agile methodology (Plus);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word), with a high command in Excel (mandatory);
- Previous banking experience (Plus);
- Teamwork;

- Excellent attention to details;
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving, planning and organizational skills;
- Strong interpersonal communication (spoken and written) and ability to report (simplify complex information in a clearly organized and visually interesting manner, adapting it to the different stakeholders);
- Pro-active attitude with ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment;
- At ease with multi-tasking;
- Proficiency in English (mandatory);
- Proficiency in French (Plus).

**Work Arrangement**:
